Shipping Policies
  • Byron Local? You can opt to pick up your order by using check out code BYRONPICKUP and I will email you the details (no shipping will be charged)
  • All local (within Australia) orders are shipped by regular post via Australia Post for a flat rate of $10 and will have a tracking number, which will be emailed once order is dispatched.

  • Once the order is received by us the goods will be shipped within 2-3 days if in stock and up to 21 days if garments are made to order.

  • Once shipped- goods may take approx 5 business days to reach you depending on shipping address. (Our studio is based in Byron Bay which is off the direct postage route)

  • For international orders, goods are sent via registered mail and once shipped, will take 1-2 weeks to reach you but due to each countries customs procedures the time will vary. We cannot control any delays once it leaves Australia.

  • Shipping includes freight only and Madonna Bain Intimates is not responsible for paying any additional customs charges such as duties, tariffs, taxes.

  • Orders cannot be shipped until payment has been cleared.

Free Gift Wrapping!

If you are buying eco intimates for a gift for a special someone, we  gift wrap all orders in our signature cream tissue paper. 

Just mention at checkout (note to seller) that your items are a gift and we will be sure not to include any price details. 

Exchange Policy

Here at Madonna Bain Eco Intimates, we understand that some people may feel hesitant to purchase intimates online without being able to try the garment on (or dance in front of the mirror and parade them in front of significant others!)

We get so much wonderful feedback about how super soft our organic cotton is, how beautiful and comfortable the styles are and how divine our attention to detail is on our pieces, so we want you to be able to try them without a care in the world.

So we are more than happy for you to return garments for a exchange of the style/size or store credit of your purchase. 

To ensure you can claim this, try your garment on with your own undergarments underneath to ensure hygiene. If they are the wrong size or don't feel right, then pop them back in the post to us & enjoy a worry free online shopping experience.

*Returned garments MUST be unworn and returned within 7 days of purchase. Please email us at to inform us you will be returning the purchase. Once the garment has been received back at our offices & is in confirmed to be in 'as new condition', we are happy to exchange of offer you a store credit.
